- Transaction Information (based on bookings, purchases through the App);

- The number of times you access a page.

- Required to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding unlawful or illegal activities, suspected fraud, cyber incidents, or violations of the App’s terms of use;
- Complying with subpoenas, court orders, or requests/orders from legal authorities or law enforcement agencies.
CHOICES REGARDING YOUR INFORMATION
Sharing your SPDI is entirely voluntary. You need not register to use the App, though some services require registration. You may opt-in or opt-out of services, marketing, or promotions and update your account settings at any time. Upon request, we will remove or block your SPDI, though archival copies may remain.
If we plan to use your SPDI for commercial purposes, we will notify you at collection and allow you to opt-out. You can accept or decline cookies—required for customizable features—by adjusting your browser settings at any time (Cookie Central FAQ).
SECURITY PROCEDURES
To protect against loss, misuse, or alteration of SPDI, and comply with Rule 8 of IT Rules, 2011, we have implemented appropriate physical, electronic, technical, operational, and managerial procedures. Our servers are accessible only to authorized personnel who require such access to complete transactions or provide services.
Though we strive to safeguard your information, internet transmissions cannot be absolutely secure. By using the App, you agree we have no liability for disclosure due to transmission errors or unauthorized third-party acts, including cyberattacks.
HOW CAN YOU CORRECT INACCURACIES IN THE INFORMATION?
